The Protocol

The Protocol is a program that can be implemented by investment managers to attract and retain female talent. It is built on a foundation of workplace support and understanding for career-minded parents. It encompasses the planning and execution of parental leave and is a change agent for organizational understanding of the challenges parents face. 

The Protocol acknowledges that having or adopting a child is a challenging life experience. The Protocol is a series of human resource policies that are built to plan for maternity and paternity leave coverage, provide ample parental leave, and execute an individual’s successful reintegration into the organization.

The Protocol is currently being vetted by focus groups.
